Birth Companions Community Center is a non-profit run by three Latina women in San Francisco's Excelsior District. BCCC is a doula organization that provides services that incorporate Latino traditions in their practices. They provide doula certifications and free doula services to low-income immigrant families. This video was made as a promotional campaign for the organization and became a resource on health and equity for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
